• Hello,  my name is   Bettyjo  Privett,  and I am the Owner of Simple Perfections Wedding Cakes.  I have over 18 years of experience as a cake decorator.  I have had training from world reknowned cake decorators, that judge cake decorating competitions on the cable TV program "Food Network Challange".  I have cake designs ranging from very simple but elegant, up to very elaborate high end cakes, like rolled fondant, and gum paste designs.   I can also design custom cakes.                        
• If you have a wedding cake picture that you are interested in, just bring it in.                         
• Family members are welcome, and encouraged to attend at the initial consultation, as this is a once in a life time occasion.

• Appointment times are limited, for both consultations, and wedding cake delivery dates.  
• More elaborate designs, and custom designs, often require a two to six month advance notice.  This allows time for ordering of extra materials, tools, and ingredients.
